Shades Case Study
Shades is one of its kind, premium-luxury salon chain to have emerged in Jaipur. Shades has pampered thousands of people and dolled up hundreds of celebrities. At Shades, they offer high-end salon services ranging from personalized hair designing to advanced skin solutions.
They contacted us regarding the extension of their social circles, stating that they would like to expand their reach.
Their objectives were clear-cut:
- To revamp their whole ad campaign in fun yet quirky manner that would match up to the standards of the salon
- To look out for ways in which Shades can be promoted on the digital platform
- To make Shades’ presence felt on social media with the right kind of communication that is unique and stands out
Create a content bucket and a brand promotion strategy that works best with Shades. It incorporated designing Facebook and Instagram posts, videos, stories, and ad copies that are relatable and friendly, which would connect to the targeted customer base.
The goal with Facebook stories and Instagram posts was to indirectly sell the brand, in which we were successful.
On L’Oreal’s 110th anniversary, L’Oreal India organized a ‘Hair Marathon.’ Shades got the golden opportunity to represent Rajasthan in the Hair Marathon. Being part of such a massive event gave Shades the exposure it wanted.
It was through dedicated social media promotions and advertising that helped Shades gain prominence on a national level.
